3. Press OK and the caller will be placed on hold.
4. Press the Resume softkey to pick the call back up.
To Transfer a call.
1. Press the TRANS key while in call, the caller will be placed on hold.
2. Dial the extension or number to transfer to.
3. Press the Transfer softkey and the caller will be immediately transferred to the number that you
dialed.
When transferring to extensions, the extensions on the system are consistent. The extensions are based
on 4 digits. The first two digits are specific to each location. The last 2 digits are specific to the position.
