In addition to using the BLF keys, you can also use entries in the phonebook.
Use 3-Way/4-Way Calling
While you are on the first call, press the 4-way call button, you will hear a dial tone. You can dial the
extension, telephone number, press the BLF Line Key or use the Phonebook. When they answer, you
will see a Soft Key named Conf. This will join all parties on the same call. You can repeat this step to add
a third call for a 4-way conference.
While in conference, you will see the callers on the screen, you will see a Soft Key called Kick. You can
use the navigation keys to arrow down to the caller you want to kick off the conference and press Kick.
Mute, Do-Not-Disturb, Volume
Mute and Do-Not-Disturb Key
While in a call, you can press the Mute Key to mute your microphone from the other party from hearing.
If you are not on a call, this button will turn the Do-Not-Disturb on and off. While in Do-Not-Disturb, the
phone will only be able to dial out, any inbound calls will not ring the phone. When Do-Not-Disturb is
enabled, you will see an icon on the screen like the below image.
Volume Key
The Volume Key will control the volume while in a call. If you are not in a call, the Volume Key will
change the volume of the ringer. BE CAREFUL, IF YOU TURN THE VOLUME ALL THE WAY DOWN, THE
PHONE WILL NOT RING.
Page Line Key
The Page Line Key if present on the phone, will broadcast to the speaker on all phones at the location. If
a phone is in use, it will not receive the page.
