1.4 BOILER COMPONENTS
All burners are pre-set for use with kerosene and are supplied
ready to connect to a single pipe fuel supply system with a loose
exible fuel line and 3/8ʺ to 1/4ʺ BSP male adaptor supplied with
the boiler.
If required, an additional exible fuel line (900 mm in length,
product code: RBS36 or 600mm in length, product code:
RBS36XS) and 3/8” to 1/4” BSP male adaptor (product code:
Z3003602) are available to purchase from Grant UK, for two-pipe
oil supply systems.
The temperature of the water leaving the boiler to heat the
radiators and hot water cylinder is user adjustable.
The boiler is tted with an overheat thermostat (which allows
it to be used on a sealed central heating system) which will
automatically switch o the boiler if the heat exchanger exceeds a
pre-set temperature of 110°C ± 3°C.
The Boiler House dual thermostat, on top of the boiler, is tted
with a boiler thermostat control knob and the manual reset button
for the overheat thermostat.
Figure 1-1 shows the components of the Vortex Boilerhouse
boilers.
Figure 1-2 shows the dual thermostat supplied with the Vortex
Boilerhouse boilers.
