What to do if the GRAPHTEC CE6000-60 Plotter control panel LED doesn't light up?

If the control panel LED lamp does not light up or the LCD on your GRAPHTEC Plotter displays nothing, several issues could be the cause. First, ensure the power cord is securely connected to the plotter's AC line inlet. Next, check that the FPC908202 flexible cable is securely connected to both the main board and the control key board; if not, connect it securely. If the cable is broken, replace it. Verify the AC line electrical output is correct; if not, change the AC line. Check if the power supply unit has a 5V output; if not, replace the power supply unit. If none of these steps resolve the issue, consider replacing the main board.
