9 TROUBLESHOOTING
Symptom Conrmation Items Cause Solution
The Y Position Alarm is
displayed after the power is
turned on.
Conrm the carriage
moves to the right side
plate, and then it hit to
the right side plate, then
the Y Position Alarm is
displayed.
Conrm the home
sensor is working in
the sensor test in the
maintenance mode.
The home sensor is
not detecting the home
position.
Y relay board is
defective.
Replace the Y relay
board, if the sensor does
not detect the Y home
sensor dog.
Conrm the Y sensor
dog is not bending. The
sensor will be broken if it
is bending by hitting the
sensor.
Conrm the carriage
moves to left side slowly,
and then it hit to left side
plate, then the Y position
alarm is displayed.
Conrm the home
sensor is working in
the sensor test in the
maintenance mode.
The home sensor is
not detecting the home
position.
Y relay board is
defective.
Replace the Y relay
board, if the sensor does
not detect the Y home
sensor dog.
Conrm the Y sensor
dog is not bending. The
sensor will be broken if it
is bending by hitting the
sensor.
Conrm the Push roller
sensor is detected for
the Push roller position
after the home sensor
is detected for the home
position.
Conrm the Push Roller
sensor is working in
the sensor test in the
maintenance mode.
The Push Roller sensor
is defective.
Replace the push roller
sensor.
