8.14.2 Adjusting the registration mark sensor offset position from the
measured values
When the registration mark sensor was replaced, the registration mark sensor sensitivity adjustment must be
performed before this adjustment.
When the registration mark sensor was replaced or detached, this adjustment must be performed.
Required jigs and tools
•
Target sheet
• Cutter plunger and blade
• A ruler
Preparation
• Adjust the blade length that it is not cut through the target sheet.
• Adjust the cutting force for the condition 1 that it is not cut through the target sheet.
• Conrmtheassignoftoolissetto1forthecondition1.
How to adjust the registration mark sensor offset position from the measured offset
(1) Install the cutter blade to the rear tool holder.
(2) Turn on the power while pressing the SLOW and the ENTER keys.
(3) The plotter displays the following menu.
(4) Load the target sheet to the plotter, and then the plotter displays the following menu.
(5) Press the 3 key (SHEET) to display the menu shown below.
(6) Press the PAUSE/MENU key to display the following menu.
