<Outgoing mail server settings>
Selection item Description
Outgoing mail server
settings
Sending (SMTP) server name Set the e-mail destination server name. (Up to 63 characters)
SMTP port number Set the SMTP port number to from 0 to 65535.
Time zone Set the time zone for the region to be used in the GL240.
SMTP setting SMTP setting
method
Set the SMTP authentication method from Off, POP before SMTP, or
SMTP-AUTH.
SMTP-AUTH Set the SMTP-AUTH authentication method from Off, PLAIN, LOGIN,
or CRAM-MD5.
Same as the
POP3
Set the SMTP authentication information to the same settings as
POP3.
SMTP user name Set the user name for the SMTP authentication. (Up to 63 characters)
SMTP password Set the password for the SMTP authentication. (Up to 31 characters)
SMTP encryption Set the SMTP encryption from Off, StartTLS, and Over SSL.
E-mail sending
test
Run the e-mail sending test.

Incoming mail server
settings
Receiving (POP3) server name Set the e-mail receiving server name. (Up to 31 characters)
POP3 port number Set the POP3 port number from 0 to 65535.
Time zone Set the time zone for the region to be used in the GL240.
POP3 setting Inquiry interval Set the e-mail receiving interval in the range of 1 to 1440 [min.].
Inquiry after
sending e-mail
Set whether or not to perform temporarily the e-mail receiving per 1
minute after sending e-mail.
POP3 encryption Set the POP3 encryption from Off, StartTLS, or Over SSL.
Immediately
receiving
The e-mail is received immediately.
When the mail is received, the mail is deleted from the mail server.
In order not to delete important mails, please use a dedicated e-mail account (e-mail address).
WAB server setting
Perform the WEB server settings.
Selection item Description
WEB server WAB number Enter the port number used for the WEB. Usually, this number is 80. (0 to 65535)
