Assembly and Disassembly of the Fan Motor
Note: Be sure to cut off the power supply before the assembly and disassembly.
Steps Graphic Represenation Instructions
1.Disconnect the
power cord.
unit. Use screwdriver to remove
the electric box cover and unplug
the motor cables in electric box
screen and the return
air cover plate
the air inlet frame and use screwdriver
to remove the return air cover board.
3. Loosen screws
fan sub-assembly.
4. Turn over the
volute casings.
to the air inlet opening
according to arrow direction.
5. Remove the
fan blades and
the fan motor.
to loosen the screws on fan and
6. Replace the
fan motor.
motor support. Then, sequentially
disengage the fan sub-assembly form
the motor shaft. Remove the motor
from the air inlet and replace with new
motor. In which, for the motor with
automatic motor support, the motor
support shall be removed in advance
and then changed to the unit.
7. Assemle the unit
to the disassembly procedures
and energize it for testing.
