The GRUPEL generators are designed for an efficient and safe application. However, this
manual has been developed in order to ensure that all operations are conducted in a
proper manner. It is important that the genset is operated only by qualified personnel, that
have been trained and authorized.
Before any utilization, pay attention to the reading of this manual.

DESCRIPTION AND COMPOSITION
01.
A stationary genset consists basically of an engine and a coupled generator, both settled
on a base frame, which will serve as a daily fuel tank.
The whole set is fixed to the frame with the use of silentblocks or anti-vibration supports
with the purpose to absorb the vibrations produced by the engine. The control panel will
also be integrated in the frame from where the equipment operation will be controlled/
operationalized.
The stationary groups mustn’t be placed outdoors and should be protected from dust, rain,
etc., for they are not acoustically protected nor protected against bad weather.
