To replace...
1. Push the inner tube valve in, towards the tyre.
2. Remove the inner tube from between the outer
tyre and rim.
Run the tyre lever all the way around the tyre.
Check the inside of the outer tyre for sharp objects
that may have damaged the inner tube and
remove them. Be careful not to injure yourself.
Partially inate the inner tube.
