Finding the correct saddle height
Never adjust the saddle so the minimum mark (marked on the saddle post)
is above the top of the saddle tube, otherwise you could injure yourself or
damage the saddle post.
Try to reach the pedal with your heel when it is in
the bottom position. Your knee should be more
or less fully straight.
Place the balls of your feet on the centre of the
pedal. If your knee is now slightly bent, the
saddle height is correct.
