注記：
モデル FM-2022/2023 を抜き差しした場合、自動的
に動作モードが変化する場合があります。この時、新
しいモードでリセットがかかりますので、スリープな
どが解除されることがありますが、誤動作ではありま
せん。
注意
工場出荷時には 350℃にセットしてあります。
設定温度を確認したいときは＊ボタンを押してください。
2 秒間設定温度が表示されます。
注意
使用しないときはこてをこて台に置いてください。
1. ボタンを押し、表示を S チャンネル側
に切り替えます。
2. 再度
ボタンを 1 秒以上押すと表示が
OFF となります。
注記：
この状態で S チャンネルの通電は行われません。
3. ボタンを押すと D チャンネルが表示され
ます。この情報内部メモリに記憶され、電
源を切っても有効です。
ハッコー FM-2027 等のグリップ側のランプ
に関しては、次のようになっています。
使用時

スリープ状態
･････････････ ゆっくりとした点滅
オフモード･･････････････ 消灯
エラー発生時････････････ 早い点滅

D側に再度ハッコーFM-2027/モデル
FM-2024 を接続した場合
D 側をモデル FM-2022/2023 から再度ハッ
コー FM-2027/ モデル FM-2024 へ接続し
た場合、同時制御を開始し、チャンネル表
示ランプも表示側が点滅、非表示側が点灯
となります。
操作方法
１.電源スイッチを ON にします。
注意
使用しないときはこてをこて台に置いてください。
モデル FM-2024 を使用する際、トリガーを押し
たまま、電源を入れると正常に動作しません。ト
リガーを OFF にして電源を入れ直してください。
２.設定温度に達するとブザーが鳴り、使用可
能であることを教えてくれます。（工場出
荷時の設定）
はんだこてを 1 本だけ使用する場合：

The unit does not
operate when the
power switch is turned
on.
CHECK
: Is the power cord and/or the connection plug disconnected?
ACTION
: Connect it.
CHECK
: Is the fuse blown?
ACTION
: Investigate why the fuse blew and then replace the fuse. If
the cause can not be determined, replace the fuse. If the fuse
blows again, send the unit in for repair.

The tip does not heat
up.

: Is the tip inserted properly?
ACTION
: Insert the tip completely.

: Is the connection cord and/or the heater/sensor broken?
ACTION
: See the appropriate section of this manual regarding how
to check the connection cord and/or the heater/sensor for
breakage.

: Is the tip temperature too high?
ACTION
: Set the appropriate temperature.
CHECK
: Is the tip contaminated with oxide?
ACTION
: Remove the oxide (see “Tip maintenance” on P. 16).

: Connect the HAKKO FM-2027 soldering iron.

Before checking the inside of the HAKKO FM-203 or replacing parts, be sure to
disconnect the power plug. Failure to do so may result in electric shock.
