CAUTION
Be sure to unplug the cord by holding the plug.
●
The HAKKO FM-203 detects when the iron is
removed from the iron holder and sends this
data to the station via the connecting cable.
That data is then used for various functions.
NOTE:
The channel for connecting the connecting cable
to the station must be the same as the channel for
connecting the iron set in the iron holder.
CAUTION
Securely insert the connecting cable all the way into the
jack.
1. Connect the power cord to the power
receptacle on the rear of the station.
2. Connect the connector cord to the receptacle.
3. Set the iron in the iron holder.
4. Plug the power cord into a grounded wall
socket.
CAUTION
This unit is protected against electrostatic discharge and
must be grounded for full effi ciency.
Push the plug in as far as it will go, and
try to remove it without pressing the
release pin. If it stays in the receptacle,
it is properly seated.
When the plug clicks,
it is fully inserted.
