Hako-System Maintenance III/S

The following maintenance woks are to

e performed by an authorised Hako
Service workshop at least once yearly.
To be performed
Interval
every 500 hours of operation
Perform maintenance works according to Hako-System Maintenance II o
Check drive protection of the charger o
Check function of suction turbine and replace if required (replace at the latest after
1000 operating hours)

Check brake of the travel drive motor (Scrubmaster B45 CL only) o
Clean travel drive motor (Scrubmaster B45 CL only) from carbon dust and check
carbon brushes for smooth operation and wearing and replace carbon brushes if
required
o
Clean brush motors from carbon dust and check carbon brushes for smooth opera-
tion and wearing and replace carbon brushes if required (replace at the latest after
1000 operating hours)
o
Test drive and function test o
