15. Insert the vertical stabilizer into the fuselage, ensuring that
it’s seated properly on the horizontal stabilizer. Precisely align
the vertical stabilizer as described in Step 11 of this section.
16. Secure the vertical stabilizer in place using masking tape
and allow the epoxy to cure completely.
