Possible Causes Action to Take

 The lead from the aerial to the CR-1 is plugged
in.
 The sensor’s battery is not too low for it to
transmit.
 Try resetting the MS1000.

Possible Causes Action to Take
 Incorrect or loose wiring
between the MS1000
and the 3rd party system.
Check the wiring on all faulty sensors.
 Low batteries in some
sensors.
Check the battery voltage on all faulty sensors.

filters have been set and
are excluding real data.
Check data filter settings (if any).
 If a Hanwell Repeater is
installed, a power
failure/surge has locked
it.
Reset the Repeater by disconnecting and reconnecting its
power lead.
