Optional Accessories
This section describes common optional accessories that can be purchased for the Blaze rotisserie. For a

4.5.1. Grease Shuttle (Double-Stacked
Oven)
This stainless steel grease shuttle is used
with a lower oven of a double-stacked
configuration to transfer the water pan’s
contents to a rendering barrel or other
grease capturing device.
Use the guide to position the clean grease
shuttle, then push it towards the rear until it
hits the stopper.

4.5.2. Anti-Splash Screen
This stainless steel screen is placed in the
water pan; minimizing splashing should
product happen to fall off from a skewer or
basket during cooking.
The Blaze water pan requires 2 screens that
sit between the drive plates and the oven
drain as shown.in Figure 4-6.
