This is the ‘V’ skewer but with a modified end tip so the
skewer can only be loaded one way, ensuring correct
positioning of the product while cooking.
Designed for products that should not rotate during
cooking. The basket stays horizontal while the drive turns.
A clamshell basket that is ideal for cooking ribs, chicken
parts and a variety of other products.
The grease shuttle is used with a lower oven of a double-
stacked configuration to transfer the water pan’s contents
to a rendering barrel or other grease capturing device.
An electric smoker which burns wood chips to add a smoky
flavor to product being cooked in the rotisserie.
