6. Theueconnectorhasbeeninstalledin
 accordancewiththeinstructionsherein.
7. Theproperclearancesfromtheappliance
 andchimneyconnectortocombustibles
 havebeenmet.
8. Themasonrychimneyhasbeencleaned
 andinspectedbyaprofessional,orthe
 factorybuiltmetalchimneyisinstalled
 accordingtothemanufacturersinstructions.
