Heider Pro5 - Troubleshooting Common Radio Issues

FM RADIO SCAN
Push [F/ALERT]button to scan the entire band on FM Radio mode and then push
[MENU]button. Rotate [CALL] button clockwise or counter clockwise to scan the band
from low to high or from high to low. The scan will stop on the requested channel
when a certain channel is scanned for. Rotate [CALL] button to continuously scan from
low to high or from high to low. Push any button to exit scan mode.
PROBLEMS SOLUTIONS
The radio does not switch on.
Check the placement of the battery and/or replace the
batteries.
Voltage capacity is down
immediately.
Battery life is over, replace with a new one.
I cannot communicate with other
group members.
Make sure that the frequency that you use and your CTCSS
is the same as yout group members are using.
I hear the voices of other groups.
Change your CTCSS for channel. Besides, use CTSS for all of
the radios in your group.
