6 Operation
The AT2000CPKoverheadsuspension can only be
operated with the Autotool2000CPK tool.
6.1 Switching the tool on and off
f Observe the operating instructions for the
Autotool2000CPK.

6.3 Putting the tool into working position
f Grab the tool by the handle and carefully pull into
working position using the balancer (cable pull).

6.5 Emptying the waste bin
The material waste falls into the integrated waste bin of
the Autotool2000CPK.
f Empty the waste bin of the tool regularly and dispose
of the wastes properly.

6.6 Moving tool from working position
f Using the tension force of the balancer (cable pull),
carefully guide the tool upwards.
; The tool is in its starting position.
6.7 Replacing empty cable tie reels

1 Cable tie reel
2 Reel retainer
3 Clamp ring
4 Guide roller
5 Band chain
1 Pull the clamp ring 3 off of the reel retainer 2 .
2 Remove the empty cable tie reel
1 from the reel
retainer 2 and store it properly.
3 Push a full cable tie reel
1 onto the reel retainer 2 .
f Make sure that the cable tie reel
1 can be unwound
clockwise.
4 Put the clamp ring
3 onto the reel retainer 2 .
5 Guide the band chain
5 over the guide roller 4 to
the tool.
f Make sure that the band chain
5 is not twisted.
; The cable tie reel is replaced.
