Preparation for Measurements

Before using the instrument, be sure to read “Usage Notes” (p. 10).
Installation and connection
Insert the batteries. (p. 26)
As necessary, have other optional
items available and ready.
Perform the startup check. (p. 37)
Measurement
To ensure safe operation,
make sure to select a
measurement function and
then connect the test leads
to the measurement object.
