Inserting/Replacing Batteries

Have the following items
available and ready.
•
Phillips screwdriver
•
LR6 Alkaline battery × 4

Turn off the device and
remove the measurement
cables or test leads from
the device.

Remove the protector. (p.24)

Unscrew the screws of the
battery cover with a phillips
screwdriver.

Remove the battery cover.
Do not remove the
waterproof seal from the
battery cover.

When replacing the batteries,
all of the old batteries should
be removed.

Pay attention to the
polarities of the batteries
when inserting 4 new
batteries (LR6).

Reattach the battery cover
onto the device and tighten
the screws.

Attach the protector. (p.24)
