Engine assembly
① エンジン付属のドライブワッシャーとワッシャーを
取外します。
② エンジン軸に FWø10Xø18X1.5・テーパーカラー・ス
タータープーリー・スタータープーリー座金を入れ、
エンジン付属のドライブナットで締付けます。
③ クラッチシューを M4 × 10CS で取付けます。
④ φ5ボールをスロットルレバーにM2×6CS、M2ナッ
トで取付けます。（ロックタイト）
⑤ エンジンマウントを M4 × 15CS で取付けます。
Remove drive washer and washer which is attached to
engine.
Put starter pulley and starter pulley washer on engine axis
and fasten them with drive nut which is part of the engine
component.
Install clutch shoe with M4X10CS.
Install ø5 ball to throttle lever with M2X6CS and M2 nut.
(Thread locking agent)
Install engine mount with M4X15CS.

Remove prop drive washer, prop
nut and thrust washer before
flywheel, clutch and clutch bell
assembly.

Install taper collet onto crankshaft so
slit in taper collar is not over crankshaft
drive key groove.
テーパーカラーのスリットとキー溝
の位置が重ならないように組み立て
てください。
