The front panel of the DB60 contains a grille with a built-in air filter. There
are no controls on the front panl.
The rear section of a DB60 high-density drive tray contains two redundant
power supplies, one ENC-IN port, and one ENC-OUT port for each section in
the drive tray. The ports provide the connections to daisy-chain high-density
expansion units in the system. The rear panel also includes LEDs that show
the status of the ENC units and the power supplies. The following illustration
shows the hardware components on the rear panel of a high-density intermix
(DB60) expansion unit.
