Cause 1. The valve (MV2) or valve (MV7) is faulty.
2. The High Level sensor in the main ink tank is faulty.
Solution 1. Drain proper amount of ink in the main ink tank.
2. Check the High Level sensor.
3. Contact your local distributor.
