The 8500C/C+ printer/disk drive assembly is composed of the following items:
• Printer assembly:
prints data and solutions on paper.
• Printer board:
interfaces with the printer.
• Disk drive assembly:
uploads software from the diskette to the balancer/analyzer assembly.
• Distribution board:
interfaces with the disk drive assembly and balancer/analyzer assembly.
• Power supply:
generates operating voltages for the printed circuit boards in the balancer/
analyzer assembly and printer/disk drive assembly.
• Harness assembly:
interconnects the printed circuit boards, printer assembly, and disk drive
assembly.
