Parameter Function
Interval The interval for sending ranges from 0 to 3600 seconds. 0 seconds
means that there is no interval.
The system will not immediately send the email when the alarm occurs.
When an alarm, motion detection, or other event occurs to activate an
email, the system sends the email according to the interval that you have
specified here. This reduces the load on the email server when multiple
emails are triggered simultaneously.
Health Mail Enable Select the check box to enable this function.
Update Period (interval) This allows the system to send a test email to check the connection.

You can set the Update Period so that the system sends out regularly
scheduled emails.

Before you can do an email test, you must save the email setup
