8.5 ADDING PTZ CONTROL, CONTINUED
2. Select the CONTROL ID cell for the camera to be edited. Enter the number of the
subrack (ID number set on the HMX128 Subrack Controller Module – first slot in the
HMX32128 subrack), where the PTZ data line will be connected. (This can be
different than where the video input is connected.)
3. Select the CONTROL SLOT cell and enter the number of the data port on the rear of
the video subrack that the PTZ data line for this camera will be connected to
(1 – 8).
4. Select the CONTROL OFFSET cell and enter the number of the address to be
assigned to that camera (1-16 per data port).
5. Select the AVAILABLE CONTROL cell. Select the
button that appears.
a. Select the desired control functions for this camera using the check boxes.
b. Select OK
c. Repeat the above steps for each PTZ camera.
