SETUP
9.1 SETTING THE SYSTEM DATE AND TIME
To set the date and time, you must access the MENU SYSTEM.
9.1.1 Accessing the Menu System
Press the key on the CCTV keyboard. The main menu is displayed on the
currently selected monitor. If a monitor is not currently selected, the menu will appear
on the last selected monitor.
Notes:
• Access may be denied to some operators.
• The Menu System must be declared for use at the time of commissioning.
• Only one operator (i.e. CCTV keyboard) can have access to the Menu System at any
one time.
• If more than one CCTV keyboard is selecting the monitor, the Menu System
CANNOT be accessed. Move to another monitor prior to using the Menu System.
• If the monitor is running a scan sequence, then selecting the Menu System will
HALT the scan sequence. Exiting the Menu System will NOT restart the scan
sequence, this must be done manually.
9.1.2 Exiting the Menu System
To exit the MENU SYSTEM, press again. The menu display is replaced by the
original camera selection. You can exit from the MENU SYSTEM at any time, from any
menu level.
9.1.3 Making Selections from the Menu
When the menu is displayed move the highlighting bar to the required line.
Pulling the joystick towards you will move down the
menu to the next line.
Pushing the joystick away from you will move up the
menu to the previous line.
