Sensors - Observe operation of zones controlled by the sensors
Ensure photo-eyes and reflectors are properly
aligned.
Verify the product accumulates and releases
properly.
Carrier Rollers
Ensure the axles are properly installed into the
frame’s axle holes.
Listen for unusual noise or vibration in the
bearings.
Motor and Reducer
Listen for unusual noises or vibrations around the
motor and reducer.
Monitor the reducer temperature. Reducers tend
to run a little hot during initial startup.
Check for oil leakage around the reducer. Minor
seepage from the seals is normal, but any
significant leakage may indicate a problem with
the seals.
Accessories and Options
Observe the condition and operation of all
installed accessories.
