QR Code Append
This function allows the scanner to append the data from several QR Code bar
codes together before transmitting them to the host computer. When the scanner
encounters an QR Code bar code with the append trigger character(s), it buffers
the number of QR Code bar codes determined by information encoded in those bar
codes. Once the proper number of codes is reached, the data is output in the order
specified in the bar codes. There are 3 ways to scan appended QR Code:
One scan—Pull the trigger one time and all appended QR Codes in the same
image are decoded
Swipe—Pull and hold down the trigger and scan all appended QR Codes while
keeping the trigger pressed. The scanner emits short beeps for each partial QR
Code that is scanned and buffered. One long beep is emitted after the last QR
Code is scanned and the data is complete. Not compatible with Presentation
mode.
Point and shoot—Pull the trigger one time for each image. The scanner emits a
short beep for each partial QR Code that is scanned and buffered. One long beep
is emitted after the last QR Code is scanned and the data is complete. Not
compatible with Presentation mode.
Default = One Scan.
