Folding
WARNING
Dropping or lowering machine parts can cause
severe crushing injuries etc.!
¾ No persons may stay under raised machine
parts!
¾ Order persons to leave the danger zone
around the machine. Make sure before fold-
ing that no persons are present in the danger
zone.
¾ Comply with the accident prevention instruc-
tions.
WARNING
Risk of accident due to insucient stability
¾ The machine must not be in an inclined posi-
tion when folding it.
Fold the machine only on a level and rm
surface.
CAUTION
Damages to the machine
¾ Before folding in clean the area around the
folding joints and the associated hydraulic
cylinders.
Unfolding
¾ Open both lock valves:
Lock valves open
¾ Operate the control unit for folding and unfold
the wings all the way.
The inside wings unfold rst. In the end po-
sition the outer wing folding hydraulics are
enabled.
¾ Operate the control unit for lifting and raise
the tines and discs all the way.
Folding
¾ Set the lever forroad/eld to Road:

¾ Operate the control unit for lifting and raise
the tines and discs all the way.
¾ Operate the wing control unit.
The outside wings fold in followed by the
inside wings.
During folding in slow the control unit before
the machine components reach the stop
position.
¾ Lift the tines and discs once more all the way.
¾ To secure the folding hydraulics, close both
lock valves. Secure both control units.
