Limiting lifting out of the tines
The lifting travel of the tines at the headland can
be limited to the required degree, which results
in reduced demand for time and oil.
¾ Place aluminium clips on the rear part of the
hydraulic cylinders.
Depending on the conditions of use, place as
many clips so that the tins are lifted out of the
soil at the headland.

NOTE
¾ Insert the clips in the guide with the spring
pointing up so that the clips cannot twist or
fall out.
¾ Place the same number and colour of clips
on all hydraulic cylinders.
Adjusting the rollers
The height of the rollers is adjustable by the
notched teeth.

¾ Adjust the rollers to the desired height
(levels -III to +III) and remove the lever again
(b).
¾ The distance from the tip of the tine to the
roller (c) increases with increasing drilling
depth.
NOTE
¾ Adjust all rollers equally.
¾ Check all settings in the eld and the drilling
depth before starting work and in large elds
check periodically.
Adjusting the cutting discs
The working depth of the cutting discs is ad-
justed with aluminium clips.
The fewer clips are placed on the cylinders of
the discs, the deeper the working depth.
NOTE
¾ Place the same number and colour of clips
on all hydraulic cylinders.
¾ When extending and retracting the hydraulic
cylinders, operate the control unit until all
cylinders reach the stop position.
Check the position of all cylinders.
