Drain specifications
• The drain must be made of stainless steel or an equally temperature-resistant
material.
• The drain (1) must have a diameter of at least 40 mm/ 2 inches.
• The drain must have a fall of at least 3° or 5%.
We recommend that the first 100mm of drain is vertical, to ensure the waste water will
be led away from the oven.
