Using and Installing an Extraction Hood
If you install an extraction hood in the ceiling, it should project 50 cm over the front of the
oven. The eciency of the extraction hood must be calculated accordingly to the kitchen
size, by a professional ventilation company.
The extraction hood can be controlled directly from the oven, so the ventilation start up
when a program is started, and runs for 10 minutes after completion of the program.
EXHAUST
Visual Cooking and CombiSlim oven are equipped with an open/direct exhaust system that
removes surplus humidity from the oven chamber. The exhaust system has an electrically
operated damper.
