SETTING

This function sets the output attenuation level. Note that when setting the

attenuator level to 10

dB,

the output power will be decreased by 10

dB.

Setting a

specked

attenuation turns the RF attenuator coupling switch off.

NOTE

This function is visible with all instruments, but only active in instruments with Option

1El.

Associated SCPI Commands

POWer:ATTenuation:<num>[DB]

Sets the RF attenuator to the

desired attenuation.
