Installing or Replacing Parts
Front Control Module
The front control module contains these connectors and components:
■ Front-access USB connector
■ Microphone and headphone connectors (optional)
■ IEEE-1394 FireWire connector (not supported)
■ Power button
■ System status LED
■ Temperature sensor
■ Chassis intrusion switch
■ Disk activity LED
■ LAN activity LED
Removing the Front Control Module
1. Turn off the system, disconnect all cables, and remove the system access panels.
2. Disconnect the front control module cables.

1 Power 4 Audio (plugged into optional PCI card)
