Before removing the speakers, follow these steps:
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (Preparation for disassembly on page 37).
2. Remove the bottom cover (see Bottom cover and rubber feet on page 38).
3. Remove the battery (see Battery on page 39).
4. Remove the touchpad (see Touchpad on page 40).
To remove the speakers:
1. Disconnect the speaker cable (1).
2. Remove the four Phillips M2.0× 2.0 screws that secure the speakers to the computer.
3. Detach the left and right speaker cables from the clips holding them (3).
4. Remove the speaker assembly (4).
Reverse this procedure to install the speakers.
