Before removing the solid-state drive, follow these steps:
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (Preparation for disassembly on page 37).
2. Remove the bottom cover (see Bottom cover and rubber feet on page 38).
3. Remove the battery (see Battery on page 39).
To remove the solid-state drive:
NOTE: On select products, the size and shape of the Mylar cover may vary from the illustration.
1. Pull back the Mylar cover to access the solid-state drive bracket (1).
