8.
Remove the SFF drive cage.
9. Remove all drives from the drive cage ("Drive" on page 36).
10. Loosen the thumbscrew on the drive backplane and remove it from the cage.
To replace the component, reverse the removal procedure.
LFF drive backplane
To remove the component:
1. Do one of the following:
o For tower models, open and remove the bezel ("Remove the tower bezel" on page 27).
o For rack models, if installed, remove the security bezel (on page 27).
2. Power down the server (on page 26).
3. Remove all power:
