6. Troubleshooting
6.1. General information
This chapter describes all the faults that may occur and how to deal
with them. If the fault cannot be dealt with, or if there are other
faults, contact your nearest retailer. See Contact Information at the
start of the manual.
6.1.1. The machine will not start
• Check if the emergency stop switches have been pressed.
Reset the switches by turning them 45°.
• Check that the main switch is in its socket, see Figure
4-8 on page 34.
• Check fuses in control cabinet and on batteries.
6.1.2. Grinding motors will not start
• Check error codes in the display.
• Check fuses in the control cabinet.
• Check if the connection to the mains power is correct, that
all phases are present and that the voltage is correct.
• Reset the electronics by turning the ignition key to "O".
Wait 10 seconds and restart the machine.
• Check that the sensors for indicating whether the grinding
head is lowered are intact and correctly adjusted.
6.1.3. The dust separator will not start
• Check error codes in the display.
• Check fuses in the control cabinet.
• Check if the connection to the mains power is correct, that
all phases are present and that the voltage is correct.
• Reset the electronics by turning the ignition key to "O".
Wait 10 seconds and restart the machine.
6.1.4. Forward motion motors will not start
• Joysticks must be in the central position for the machine to
start.
• The seat switch must be activated.
• Check error codes in the display.
