Aside from entering text, you can also use Edge Sense to launch Google voice assistant to do a web
search, ask questions such as about the weather, and more. While you're not in the Camera app or
onscreen keyboard, squeeze and hold the lower sides of your phone to use Google voice assistant.
Adjust the Squeeze Force Level
Make your phone detect the strength of your squeeze more effectively when using Edge Sense.
1. Tap > > Settings.
2. Tap Edge Sense.
3. Tap Adjust your squeeze force level.
4. Tap Test your squeeze force.
5. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the process.
HTC Sense Companion
HTC Sense Companion is a personal companion that’s always learning from you, and the things you do
every day. It reminds you when you have evening engagements in your calendar and battery power may
not be enough, informs about weather conditions that might affect your weekend plans, tracks your steps
to provide you a weekly fitness report with details such as step count and distance traveled, and more.
HTC Sense Companion is made to evolve and get to know you better over time.

Set Up HTC Sense Companion
When setting up HTC Sense Companion for the first time, sign in to your HTC Account so that HTC
Sense Companion can link to all HTC apps and services. This allows you to get better recommendations
and information tailored to your needs.
1. Tap > > HTC Sense Companion.
2. Tap Continue.
3. When prompted to choose permissions, select all the options to get better recommendations, and
then tap Next.
4. Tap Sign in or Yes to link HTC Sense Companion to your HTC Account.
5. When you're all set, tap Continue.
Note: To change HTC Sense Companion settings, open the app again, and then tap .
