Function Description
Outbound call The agent can make an outbound call in
either of the following ways:
l Click the Call Out icon on the Agent
Client system and dial the customer
number from the keypad that is
displayed.
l Directly dial the customer number on the
IP phone.
NOTE
The phone linkage service does not work for the
automatic outbound and Callback services.
