6.4.2 Answering Calls Automatically
After the auto answer function is enabled, the phone can answer calls automatically.
You can set the auto answer function on your phone LCD screen or web page. For detailed
operations, see Table 6-3.

Call Settings on the phone LCD screen To enable auto answer
1. Choose Apps > Preferences > Call
Settings.
2. Select Auto Answer and press Modify.
3. Select Auto Answer and press Enable.
The Delay Time option is displayed.
4. Select a value for Delay Time.
5. Press Select.
To disable auto answer
1. Choose Apps > Preferences > Call
Settings.
2. Select Auto Answer and press Modify.
3. Select Auto Answer and press Disable.
Call Settings on the phone web page To enable auto answer
1. Choose Call Settings > Auto Answer.
2. Select Enable for Auto Answer.
3. Select a value for Delay Time.
4. Click Save.
To disable auto answer
1. Choose Call Settings > Auto Answer.
2. Select Disable for Auto Answer.
3. Click Save.
6.4.3 Call Deflection
The call deflection function allows you to transfer a call to a third party directly.
Step 1 When a call comes in, press Transfer.
Step 2 Enter the number of a contact, press the Up or Down arrow button to select a contact, press
Contact to select a contact in the contact list, or press History to select a contact in the call
history.
Step 3 Press Transfer.
