6.14.2 Querying Call Details
Step 1 Press the Call History button.
Step 2 Select a call record and press Details.
l
: received calls.
l : placed calls.
l : missed calls.
NOTE
l The IP phone combines consecutive call records for the same number into one, and displays the call
type of the latest record on the call history screen.
l On the home screen, you can select History and press OK to access the History screen.
Step 3 Press Details. You can view the calling number, called number, calling time, and call
duration.

6.14.3 Deleting the Call History
Deleting a Record from the Call History
Step 1 Press the Call History button.
The All screen is displayed. You can press the Left or Right arrow button to switch between
the All and Missed screens.
Step 2 Select a record to delete.
Step 3 Press More to navigate to Delete and press Delete.
The message "Delete the call record?" is displayed.
Step 4 Press Delete.
