3. Insert the nail heads on the inner left rail into the holes on the inner support
lever of the CMA, and pull the CMA in the arrow direction. See (3) in Figure
7-13.

Step 3 Connect the power cables to the PSUs.

Step 4 Connect a network cable, a VGA cable, and USB devices as required.
