1) Click [Start/Program/Accessories/Communications/HyperTerminal] to enter the
HyperTerminal window in which click icon
to establish a new
connection and the system will pop up the connection description interface as
shown in the following figure.

2) Key in the name of the new connection in the connection description interface
and click <OK>, the system will pop up the following interface picture. Select the
serial port to be used from [Connect using].
