8.5.3 Module Panel and the Indicators
1000Base-ZX module panel is illustrated in the following figure.

The description of the panel indicators is given in the following table.

Indicator State
LINK Off means the line is not connected. On means the line is connected.
ACTIVE
Off means no data is being received or sent. Blinking means there is data being received and
transmitted.
8.6 1000Base-LX GL Module
8.6.1 Introduction
1000Base-LX GL module provides a Gigabit optical interface and uses single-mode
fiber for transmission within 40km.
