7 Installing Cables
7.1 Installing a Dry Contact Signal Cable
If a dry contact signal cable is required, perform the following steps to install it.
Procedure
Step 1 Press the contact plate using a flat-head screwdriver to flip the metal spring inside a dry
contact.
Step 2 Connect a signal cable to the dry contact.
Step 3 Put away the screwdriver and check that the signal cable is securely connected to the dry
contact.
